This policy covers the MIZAN public website and enquiries made through it. It does not describe the processing of household information within institutional MIZAN products, which requires separate terms and notices.
2. Information you provide
You may provide your role, organisation, name, work email, chosen job or area of interest, follow-up preference, suggested times and optional notes through Talk to us. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information you include. Please do not include sensitive household or financial information in a website enquiry.
3. Enquiries and their use
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you and discuss potential work with MIZAN. The form validates submitted information and uses a hidden field to help reject automated submissions. A successful delivery is confirmed on screen; if delivery is unavailable, the form shows an error and offers direct email instead.
4. Website operation and service providers
Our hosting platform processes website requests and information needed to operate and secure the website. This can include technical request information such as an IP address and browser information. The website uses hosting and font-delivery services to display its pages. An enquiry submitted through the form is processed by the hosting platform. Email delivery from the form is not currently configured; the website does not report an enquiry as sent when delivery has failed.
5. MIZAN’s role
MIZAN is an engagement, intelligence and workflow layer for the home. MIZAN prepares. Households permit. Institutions decide. Institutional workflows use purpose-bound, household-permitted context; institutions do not receive a household’s entire HomeGraph. This website policy does not extend to future product-processing arrangements.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Where processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw that consent. Rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Contact us to discuss a request. You may also have a right to raise a concern with the relevant privacy authority.
