Pay for prevention, only when it's done.
Reward households for fixing small problems before they become large claims. MIZAN checks the proof before a penny is paid.

Rewards are paid for work done in the home. Never for data.
A reward is a payment for something the household has done to protect the home: a boiler serviced, a pipe lagged, a gutter cleared. It is never a payment for sharing information.
Fund the prevention that reduces your claims.
Escape of water is where most insurers start. The same approach works for any job that makes a home cheaper to run or harder to damage, from servicing a boiler to insulating a loft. Where one job helps more than one firm, each can add its own reward.
Mortgage rewards are paid for completing the review on time — never for which lender or product the household chooses.
Rewards are paid after the evidence is verified.
Every reward waits on evidence. The household always sees which state an action is in and what would move it.
Evidence received. MIZAN is checking it against the action.
Evidence matches. The partner's reward is released and the home's record is updated.
Evidence missing or does not match. The household is told why and can resubmit.
The window closed. Nothing is paid; the action still counts in the record.
Better information on every home you insure or lend against.
