These terms cover use of the MIZAN public website. They are separate from any agreement governing institutional or household use of MIZAN products. Visiting this website does not create a product subscription, institutional agreement or financial-service relationship.
2. Informational and illustrative content
Website content explains MIZAN and its proposed workflows. Examples including 12 Cedar Road, Total Cost to Own figures, HomeScore examples, events, workflows and product interfaces may be illustrative. Information, estimates, explainable reads and prepared work do not constitute financial advice, an offer of credit or insurance, an underwriting decision, or a guarantee of availability or outcome. Preview interfaces and illustrative actions are not live institutional transactions.
3. MIZAN’s role
MIZAN is an engagement, intelligence and workflow layer for the home. It may organise home information, identify events, generate explainable reads, prepare work, request household permission and route permitted context to the relevant institution or intermediary.
MIZAN prepares. Households permit. Institutions decide.
MIZAN is not a lender and does not underwrite or make lending, insurance, eligibility, pricing or other regulated institutional decisions. A regulated or commercial decision remains with the relevant institution or appropriately authorised party. MIZAN is not presented as a financial adviser, insurer, broker or credit-reference agency.
4. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and materials may be protected by intellectual property rights held by MIZAN or the relevant rights holders. You may view the website and share links to it. These terms do not grant ownership of, or a licence to commercially reuse, the MIZAN brand or protected materials. Any rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the enquiry form for spam.

Links may lead to third-party websites or services, which have their own terms and privacy notices. MIZAN does not control those services. The Sign in page hands over to the existing MIZAN institutional sign-in; it does not create a new authentication service or determine your account permissions.

We may change or remove website content and cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every illustrative example applies to your circumstances. Do not rely on website examples as the basis for a financial or regulated decision. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
